Trill Exercise
This warm up is for the fretting hand only. It will build speed, finesse and endurance while training the fingers to stay close to the fretboard!

Keep the 1st finger on the 5th fret and do a series of hammer-on/pull-offs with the 2nd finger.
- Do this until fatigue. Rest, shake it out and continue in the same manner with the 3rd finger & finally the 4th finger.
- Once this becomes easy, play crescendo up to fortissimo (very loud) & decrescendo to pianissimo (very quiet) slowly over time.
- Continue to work to fatigue two to three times per week.
