23 Daily Warm Up Exercises
- For maximum efficiency, “alternate pick” and play to a metronome
- Play as eighth notes between 60-80 bpm and be as consistent as possible.
- Focus on clean, articulate sounding notes with even volume.
- This will create fluidity (tracking) in both hands.
- Feel beat 1 as the strongest beat.
- To build speed, increase the metronome by 10bpm, repeat and continue as it gets easier
